 Season two of Reaper finally has an air date. Season one of the show ended May 20th of this year, but season two won't begin until March 17th. The CW has apparently decided to make it a completely midseason show by trimming the second season to just 13 episodes.
 Reaper is a supernatural dramedy starring Bret Harrison as Sam, a typical guy who gets forced into service for the Devil (Ray Wise). Sam, along with his friends Sock (Tyler Labine) and Ben (Rick Gonzalez) hunt down souls that have escaped from hell and hijinks ensue.
The show in only one season had already developed a cult following which leaves one to wonder why the CW would wait so long to return with season two. Will the long hiatus spell disaster for a fledgling show? We'll have to wait until the ratings numbers show in March.
