Disclaimers and other Generalness
Submissions may be edited for length and clarity after we receive the permission of the contributor. All submissions remain the copyright of the writer or artist. We do publish pieces that have also been published elsewhere, but only when it is also ok with whoever else published the piece. Unfortunately, FantasyIsLove.com is unable to provide financial compensation for submissions at this time. What we can give is the awesome feeling of having your work be a part of the fantasy community, and a link and note about whatever other projects you may be involved in.What We Are Looking For
We are looking for reviews, articles, and interviews all the time. If you have a piece, or an idea that you would like to submit, we are very open, our plans for the site are always growing!.Reviews
Reviews can be on almost anything-as long as it is relevant to fantasy: books, movies, games, television programs, art, websites, clothing, other products. Generally, a review will have a brief description of whatever you’re reviewing, will tell what you liked and why, and what you didn’t like and why. Something to remember when writing a review (or anything for that matter) is: What would I like people to know?
You can email the review to us, along with a rating on a 5 point system. (1 being you hated it, 5 you loved it).
Articles
Articles can be on pretty much anything fantasy related. Some ideas to help you along:
- Fantasy Locally – Write about local fantasy related events-your experience at renfests, conventions, your local fantasy shop, a costume ball, the local storyteller.
- Announcing news about an upcoming book, artist, website, store, musician, film, event, etc.
- Interviews
If you have relevant photos to submit with your article, please do so!
